Get to Know Lisa!
Lisa has been an Education Abroad Advisor at NMSU since June 2023. Her own transformative experiences studying abroad in Viña del Mar, Chile inspired her to join this line of work so she can help students see the world. Lisa is a proud Midwesterner, from the Chicago suburbs, but she is enjoying putting down roots in Las Cruces and is eager to continue sending students abroad!
Lisa advises for all of the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries, as well as Italy, France, Malta, Cyprus, and Greece. She also advises for the International Student Teaching Program, Language Credit via Distance Education (DEIL), and student scholarship applications.
