Education Abroad Peer Mentors
Education Abroad Peer Mentors are NMSU students who have studied abroad on an official NMSU program (short-term or long-term) and want to share their experiences to encourage other NMSU students to study abroad. This is a great way for study abroad alumni to stay involved with the Education Abroad program and support future outgoing students.
Education Abroad Peer Mentors are students who have previously studied abroad, on any type of Education Abroad program, who want to share their experiences with other students! This is an official role for several students every fall and spring semester to join the Education Abroad team. Students will be expected to present in classrooms or student organizations, share their experiences on the Education Abroad social media pages, and participate in various outreach events, such as the Education Abroad Fair.
